Η Εταιρεία Ανάπτυξης και Τουριστικής Προβολής του Δήμου Αθηναίων (ΕΑΤΑ) αναζητά στέλεχος για την ψηφιακή επικοινωνία (Digital Officer), με εμπειρία στις νέες τεχνολογίες, την διαδικτυακή επικοινωνία και τα ψηφιακά μέσα, για την υποστήριξη στην ανάπτυξη και την υλοποίηση της επικοινωνιακής στρατηγικής της.

Ο digital officer έχει ενεργό ρόλο σε όλα τα έργα της εταιρείας και στην ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση της ψηφιακής της επικοινωνίας. Απαραίτητη γνώση: content marketing, SEO, SEM, Community Management, email marketing, Web & Social media metrics

Position: Digital Officer

The Digital Officer will leverage constantly evolving communications technologies to support the development and execution of a large public oriented organization’s communications strategy and various initiatives. Will provide support for multiple projects, help develop and manage organization’s digital communications.

The scope includes managing, feeding and updating the organization’s several web sites and social media presence, as well as monitoring site analytics.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Integrating, executing and evaluating interactive communications, campaigns and events
  • Work with producers of content across the business to coordinate and deliver content across all digital channels
  • Keep organization web fresh and content current
  • Develop and implement a targeted content delivery strategy for all digital channels
  • Implement content management processes to ensure simple and regular uploading and syndication of content
  • Work with communications team to ensure consistency of tone and voice in line with organization’s brand
  • Be aware of all content produced across the organization: articles, social media messages; calendar updates
  • Work with graphic designer in producing an effective image library which can be used to support content 
  • Ensure effective SEO for all content types – working with in house teams and consultants
  • Tracking digital performance and optimize for target audience engagement
  • Assisting in the development of distinct communication plans for each project
  • Generate project reports as needed

Criteria

Qualifications

  • University Degree or College Diploma required
  • Background in social sciences or humanities also a plus

Experience

  • Digital communications experience
  • Demonstrated experience of digital (websites, social media and SEO)
  • Digital content management (CMS) experience, understanding of HTML / coding
  • Content syndication experience or knowledge of content syndication

Interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in social media and the ability to learn new computer skills quickly
  • Self starting individual
  • Ability to present and engage with senior management and executives
  • Curious with strong interest in innovation, entrepreneurship, urban culture & development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Able to work in collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
